- Put an end to the “Excel chaos”: With CMT, you use a single source of truth, as all budgeting data, approvals, and changes are recorded centrally in one system and are visible to all users.

- Free configuration according to your requirements: Adapt CMT to your company's structures and processes by defining budget structures, KPIs and approval workflows for the budgeting process
- Interface to your ERP system: Transfer cost accounting structures (business units, companies, plants, cost centers, currencies, etc.) from your existing ERP system (e.g., SAP). Approved budget items are delivered to the ERP system, and all posted documents are transferred from the ERP system to CMT for budget controlling.
- Seamless integration with pm-smart: After budget approval in CMT, delegate complex projects to pm-smart for detailed project planning and project management. Use the project controlling data from pm-smart in turn for company-wide budget control.
