New order: pm-smart will be integrated even more deeply into the processes of the South Tyrolean provincial administration
The Autonomous Province of Bolzano - South Tyrol has been using pm-smart as its central project management software since 2024. Now, the collaboration is being intensified and pm-smart is being integrated even more deeply into the complex processes of the provincial administration: Together with the project team of the South Tyrolean provincial administration, our consulting team developed a concept for the management of ‘Cronoprogramma’ – and was officially commissioned to implement it.
What is Cronoprogramma?
Cronoprogramma complements the existing project lifecycle in pm-smart. It integrates the financing process for public administration projects into the budgeting phase of projects in pm-smart.
Next step: Integration with Microsoft Teams
Another important milestone is already in the planning stage: the integration of existing and new pm-smart projects into Microsoft Teams. MS Teams is used as the central collaboration tool within the South Tyrolean provincial administration, and linking it to pm-smart should ensure even more efficient collaboration in the future.
