At the end of 2024, we conducted a satisfaction survey with our pm-smart customers – and the results speak for themselves! Here are some highlights:

- How satisfied are you with the range of features in pm-smart? 4.14 out of 5 stars
- How would you rate the overall customer support experience? 4.9 out of 5 stars
Our consulting and customer support services were particularly highlighted. Around 90% of our customers are very satisfied with our support.
